The methods <a href=\"http:\/\/openpsych.net\/ODP\/2014\/09\/the-international-general-socioeconomic-factor-factor-analyzing-international-rankings\/\">I used in my recent paper<\/a> (section 12) can estimate the strength of the general factor in a sample.
