However, here&#8217;s a newer one. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1wo-5tx1zkXGqlouD3jkWLBe8Cs7qpBtYxXw5UCzs4Bc\/edit#gid=0\">The public datafile is here<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/humrep\/article\/33\/9\/1586\/5055580\">Latest published report is here<\/a>, which reports data for 2014. They publish a paper every year, or so, which report on ~5 year old data. I see no report for 2019 with the 2015 data, odd.<\/p>\n<p>Interpretation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patchy reporting for many countries.<\/li>\n<li>Various complicated distinctions between treatment types: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/In_vitro_fertilisation\">IVF<\/a> (&#8216;whole thing&#8217;) vs. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Intracytoplasmic_sperm_injection\">ICSI<\/a> (&#8216;put sperm into egg&#8217;) vs. FER vs &#8230; . All inclusive term: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Assisted_reproductive_technology\">Assisted reproductive technology<\/a> (ART).<\/li>\n<li>Their tables aren&#8217;t exactly the same format every year, so I have merged them by manually moving numbers around. I might have made a mistake somewhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/emilkirkegaard.dk\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/timeline.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8313\" src=\"https:\/\/emilkirkegaard.dk\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/timeline-1024x666.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"666\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A bit tricky to plot this at once.
