1I thought about giving the proof tree but it would be awfully long. Until I have an automatic way of doing this, I won’t prove such complex argument beyond formalizing them.

Of course we should give up 7! For one thing, it implies that the only things identical to _themselves_ are those which have same properties in all worlds where they exist.

That’s right. But it seems to me that for abstract objects, a very ‘tight’ notion of identity is needed. I’m not sure if anyone would actually ever claim that the 7′ is true where 7′ is the same as 7 except that for abstract objects only. Are there other abstract objects that have different properties in different worlds? I’ll try to think of any but I couldn’t find one right away.
